ORIGIN AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
1.1. Some of our products are of international origin and are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Brazil, Sweden and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase.
1.2. Products arriving at customs from 04/10/2023 onwards are subject to taxation.
IRREGULARITY IN CPF
2.1. If the order is refused by the Brazilian Post Office due to "irregularity in the CPF", Moonalisa D'Or is not responsible for the costs of resending and will not refund the purchase, since the merchandise will not be returned to the company.
2.2. Regularizing the CPF with the Federal Revenue Service is the customer's responsibility.
2.3. Resending may be requested upon payment of the stipulated fee, providing a name and CPF registered with the Federal Revenue Service.
PROCESSING AND POSTING
3.1. Purchases may take up to 7 (seven) days to be processed.
3.2. After processing, orders may take up to 7 (seven) days to be posted.
DELIVERY TIME
4.1. The delivery period is 7 to 20 working days after the order is posted.
4.2. This period may be extended in cases of delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office or other situations beyond our control.
4.3. Delivery times vary depending on the speed of the Post Office in the recipient's region.
ORDER TRACKING
5.1. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking code by email.
5.2. It may take up to 7 business days after posting for you to receive the tracking code.
5.3. The customer is fully responsible for the tracking code. If there is no tracking and there are problems with delivery or taxes, Doxanime is not responsible and may charge an additional fee for resending. A refund for the product will not be possible, as the product will be lost.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
6.1. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts.
6.2. If there is no one at the address, the package will be taken to the nearest post office.
6.3. The recipient must collect the package from the agency within 7 calendar days.
6.4. If the product is not collected from the Post Office and is returned to the sender, an additional fee will be charged for resending.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
7.1. Moonalisa D'Or is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7.2. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to pay a new shipping fee to resend the product.
7.3. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
CUSTOMS FEES
8.1. Purchased products may be subject to customs taxes and payment of these fees is the buyer's responsibility.
8.2. Doxanime is not responsible for the payment of these fees.
8.3. If the order is taxed and payment is not made, Doxanime will not be responsible for reshipping costs and will not refund the purchase, since the merchandise will not be returned to the company.
COLOR VARIATION
9.1. There may be slight variation in the color of the product due to differences in monitors.
MULTIPLE SUPPLIER SHIPPING
10.1. Your products may arrive in different packages, depending on shipping from different suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTATION
Doxanime only transports physical products and is not responsible for problems such as theft, damage or loss of products purchased by the user during transport. The responsibility for these problems lies with the transport company, as transport is not considered a risk inherent to the company's activity.
